User Agreement

1. Definitions

Ideal Dating Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") means an online dating service available through the Telegram bot located at https://t.me/Ideal_dating_bot, the Telegram Mini App, and other interfaces provided by the Administration, intended for creating user profiles, searching for other users, communicating with other Users, and accessing additional features of the Service.

Service User (hereinafter referred to as the "User") means an individual who has reached the age of 18, has registered with the Service, and has accepted the terms of this Agreement.

Service Administration (hereinafter referred to as the "Administration") means the person responsible for managing the Service, ensuring its operation, development, technical support, and providing Users with access to the Service's features.

User Profile (Profile) means the collection of information provided by the User during registration and use of the Service, associated with the User's Telegram account and used for searching, displaying, and interacting with other Users.

Content means any materials and information posted by Users within the Service, including photographs, images, text, messages, and any other materials.

Additional Paid Features means optional paid features of the Service available to the User, including extended functionality, additional ways of interacting with other Users, and other features determined by the Administration.

2. General Terms

2.1. This Agreement governs the terms and conditions for using the Ideal Dating Service, as well as the rights and obligations of the Users and the Administration.

2.2. By using the Service, creating a Profile, or clicking the "Accept and Continue" button during registration, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement, fully accept its terms, and agree to comply with them.

2.3. The User confirms that they are at least 18 years old at the time of registration and that all information provided by them is accurate and up to date.

2.4. The User is solely responsible for the information and materials they publish within the Service, as well as for all actions performed while using the Service.

2.5. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement and all applicable laws.

2.6. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement. Any revised version of the Agreement shall become effective upon its publication unless otherwise specified in the revised version.

2.7. Continued use of the Service after changes to this Agreement have been published constitutes the User's acceptance of such changes.

2.8. Administration Details

Service Administration: Individual Entrepreneur Alimgulov Nail Damirovich, registered in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan (Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN): 532342160, Registration Number: 7815057).

3. Limitation of the Administration's Liability

3.1. The Administration provides the User with the technical ability to use the Service and does not guarantee that the Service will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or always meet the User's expectations.

3.2. The Administration does not guarantee that the User will achieve any particular results from using the Service, including receiving likes, messages, mutual matches, acquaintances, meetings, or any other form of interaction with other Users.

3.3. The Administration is not a party to the relationships between Users and does not control the actions of Users during their communication and interaction.

The User independently decides whether to interact with other Users both within and outside the Service, including exchanging contact information, switching to other communication platforms, and arranging personal meetings.

The Administration shall not be liable for the actions or omissions of Users, the accuracy of the information they provide, or any consequences arising from communication, meetings, or other interactions between Users outside the Service.

3.4. The User is solely responsible for the information, materials, and Content they publish within the Service, as well as for any consequences resulting from such publication.

3.5. The Administration is not obligated to conduct prior review of User Content; however, it reserves the right to moderate, modify, restrict access to, or remove any Content that violates this Agreement or applicable law.

3.6. The Administration shall not be liable for temporary failures, errors, interruptions in the operation of the Service, data loss, or restrictions on access to the Service caused by circumstances beyond the Administration's reasonable control, including failures of Telegram, payment systems, banks, hosting providers, telecommunications operators, cyberattacks, changes to the rules of third-party services, actions of government authorities, or other external circumstances.

3.7. The Administration shall not be liable for the operation of third-party services, including Telegram, payment systems, banks, telecommunications operators, or any other services used in connection with the operation of the Service.

3.8. Links to third-party resources posted by Users or made available through the Service do not constitute endorsement of such resources by the Administration. The User is solely responsible for accessing and using third-party resources.

3.9. If any third party brings claims related to the User's actions or the Content posted by the User, the User agrees to resolve such claims independently.

4. Rights of the Administration

4.1. The Administration reserves the right to modify, update, and improve the Service, including changes to its functionality, interface, operating algorithms, rules of use, and the terms for providing individual features.

4.2. The Administration reserves the right to temporarily restrict or suspend the operation of individual features of the Service for maintenance, updates, or the correction of technical issues.

4.3. The Administration reserves the right to moderate Content posted by Users, including reviewing, hiding, modifying, or removing information that violates this Agreement, applicable law, or the rights of third parties.

4.4. The Administration reserves the right to restrict the User's access to certain features of the Service, temporarily suspend, or delete the User's Profile in the event of a violation of this Agreement, receipt of complaints from other Users, suspicion of abusive use of the Service, or actions capable of causing harm to the Service or other Users.

4.5. The Administration reserves the right to establish and modify restrictions on the use of the Service, including usage limits, profile display rules, and the availability of individual features.

4.6. The Administration reserves the right to send Users service-related, informational, technical, and other notifications concerning the use of the Service, as well as messages regarding the Service's features and functionality.

4.7. The Administration reserves the right to modify the pricing, scope, and terms of the Additional Paid Features in accordance with this Agreement.

4.8. The Administration reserves the right to take any other measures necessary to ensure the stable operation of the Service, protect Users, and prevent violations.

5. User Rights

5.1. The User has the right to use the features and functionality of the Service in accordance with this Agreement.

5.2. The User has the right to create, modify, and delete their Profile in accordance with the functionality provided by the Service.

5.3. The User has the right to use the free features of the Service and to purchase Additional Paid Features under the terms established by the Administration.

5.4. The User has the right to determine the content of their Profile, provided that it complies with this Agreement and applicable law.

5.5. The User has the right to contact the Service's support team regarding the operation of the Service, the use of its features, restoration of access, and any other issues related to the use of the Service through the communication methods made available by the Administration within the Service interface.

5.6. The User has the right to contact the Administration regarding the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

6. User Obligations

6.1. The User agrees to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement, applicable law, and the rules governing the use of individual features of the Service.

6.2. When registering for and using the Service, the User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information about themselves.

The User is responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and legality of the information provided in their Profile.

6.3. The User is solely responsible for all actions performed using their Profile and shall take reasonable measures to protect access to their Telegram account.

6.4. The User is solely responsible for any Content they post or send to other Users through the Service.

6.5. The User agrees to independently assess the risks associated with communicating with other Users, sharing personal information, switching to other means of communication, and arranging in-person meetings.

6.8. In the event of a violation of this Section, the Administration reserves the right to restrict the User's access to certain features of the Service, temporarily suspend, or delete the User's Profile.

7. Additional Paid Features

7.1. The Service may offer Users Additional Paid Features that provide enhanced functionality and additional capabilities.

The use of Additional Paid Features is not a mandatory condition for registering for or using the core features of the Service.

7.2. Access to Additional Paid Features is granted after successful payment and after the Administration receives payment confirmation from the relevant payment service provider.

7.3. The types, prices, validity periods, and terms of provision of the Additional Paid Features are determined by the Administration and displayed in the relevant sections of the Service interface.

7.4. An Additional Paid Feature shall be deemed provided to the User from the moment the corresponding feature is activated within the Service.

The User acknowledges and agrees that the price of the Additional Paid Features does not depend on the User's actual activity, the number of profile views, messages, likes, mutual matches, or any other results obtained through the use of the Service.

7.5. The purchase of Additional Paid Features does not guarantee that the User will receive likes, messages, mutual matches, acquaintances, meetings, or any other actions from other Users.

7.6. The Service may use internal virtual units, account balances, or other digital elements intended solely for use within the Service and which do not constitute money or legal tender.

7.7. The Administration reserves the right to modify the scope, pricing, validity periods, and terms of provision of the Additional Paid Features. Such changes shall not affect Additional Paid Features that have already been purchased and provided to the User unless otherwise specified in the applicable terms governing those features.

7.8. If the User violates this Agreement, the Administration reserves the right to restrict or terminate the User's access to the Service and the Additional Paid Features without compensation or refund.

7.9. The Administration shall not be liable for the inability to provide Additional Paid Features due to errors or failures of banks, payment service providers, telecommunications operators, or other third parties.

7.10. Refunds for activated Additional Paid Features are not provided except in cases of a technical error or where required by applicable law.

7.11. If the User believes they are entitled to a refund, they may contact the Service's support team using the communication methods made available by the Administration.

8. Data Processing and Privacy

8.1. To ensure the operation of the Service, the Administration processes Users' data in accordance with the Service's Privacy Policy.

8.2. By using the Service and accepting this Agreement, the User confirms that they have read the Privacy Policy and accepted the terms governing the processing of their data.

8.3. The Administration takes appropriate measures to protect Users' data and ensure the security of the Service.

8.4. The User understands and agrees that certain information contained in their Profile is intended to be displayed to other Users of the Service for the purposes of meeting people and communicating.

8.5. The procedures for collecting, storing, using, deleting, and protecting Users' data are governed by the Service's Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All rights to the software code, design, interface elements, structure, operating algorithms, databases, name, logos, and other elements of the Service belong to the Administration or are used by it on a lawful basis.

9.2. Use of the Service does not grant the User any rights to the intellectual property of the Service except for the right to use the Service's functionality in accordance with this Agreement.

9.3. The User retains ownership of the photographs, texts, and other materials they post but grants the Administration the right to use such Content solely for the purposes of operating, displaying, developing, and maintaining the Service.

9.4. The User is prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or otherwise using the software code, design, interface, materials, or any other elements of the Service without the prior consent of the Administration.

10. Final Provisions

10.1. This Agreement becomes effective for the User upon its acceptance and remains in force throughout the entire period during which the User uses the Service.

10.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.

10.3. The Parties shall make reasonable efforts to resolve any disputes or disagreements arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service or the performance of this Agreement through negotiations.

10.4. To contact the Administration, the User shall use the communication methods made available through the Service interface.

10.5. If one or more provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement.

10.6. This Agreement may be published in multiple languages. In the event of any discrepancy between different language versions, the Russian-language version of this Agreement shall prevail.
