1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy sets out the procedures for the processing and protection of Users' personal data within the Ideal Dating Service.

1.2. The terms used in this Privacy Policy shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Service's User Agreement.

1.3. Data is processed by the Administration to ensure the operation of the Service, provide its features and functionality, ensure the safety of Users, and improve the quality of the Service.

1.4. By using the Service, the User agrees to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

2. Users' Data

2.1. When the User uses the Service, the Administration may process the following categories of Users' personal data:

data obtained through Telegram, including the User's identifier and other information made available through Telegram;
Profile data provided by the User, including their name, age, gender, photographs, location, profile description, and other information added by the User;
search settings and preferences selected by the User while using the Service;
information about activities and interactions within the Service, including profile views, reactions, mutual matches, reports, and the use of the Service's features;
messages and other Content transmitted by Users through the Service, solely to the extent necessary for delivering messages to other Users, without the Administration storing message history;
information relating to the purchase and use of Additional Paid Features;
technical information necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

2.2. The User understands and agrees that the information included in their Profile is intended to be displayed to other Users for the purposes of meeting people and communicating.

3. Use of Data

3.1. The Administration uses Users' personal data for the following purposes:

creating and maintaining Profiles;
searching for and displaying suitable Users;
facilitating communication and interaction between Users;
providing the Service's free and paid features;
providing user support;
preventing violations, fraud, and ensuring the security of the Service;
improving the quality of the Service.

3.2. The Administration does not sell Users' personal data to third parties.

4. Data Storage and Protection

4.1. The Administration implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Users' personal data against unauthorized access, modification, disclosure, or other unlawful processing.

4.2. Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to operate the Service, comply with applicable legal requirements, resolve disputes, and ensure security.

4.3. The operation of the Service may involve the use of third-party technical service providers, including communication services, hosting providers, cloud infrastructure, data storage services, payment service providers, and other necessary infrastructure.

4.4. To ensure the operation of the Service, certain Users' personal data may be processed and stored using server infrastructure and technical services located both within and outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.

By using the Service, the User agrees to such processing of their personal data to the extent necessary for the operation of the Service, ensuring security, processing payments, and providing the Service's features.

5. Payment Information

5.1. Payments for Additional Paid Features are processed through third-party payment service providers.

5.2. The Administration does not store Users' bank card details.

5.3. The Administration may retain information confirming that a payment has been made where necessary for providing the Service's features, maintaining transaction records, and resolving disputes.

6. Data Management

6.1. The User may modify the information in their Profile or delete their Profile using the functionality provided by the Service. Once a Profile is deleted, it will no longer be displayed to other Users.

6.2. The User may contact the Administration regarding the processing or deletion of their personal data using the communication methods made available within the Service.

7. Use of the Service by Minors

7.1. The Service is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 18 years of age.

7.2. The Administration does not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

8. Final Provisions

8.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy. Any revised version shall become effective upon its publication.

8.2. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the applicable laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
